Reading in the Seedlings class is an essential and important element to children's learning and for them to be emersed in the environment.  We focus on reading children stories everyday.  We have a book of the week so the children can remember it, enabling them to join in with the repeated nature of the book, encouraging their communication and language skills.  

Stories are also read by the staff that the children have chosen and are interested in.  They have a wide selection of books readily available to them and can be accessed within the provision and are rotated linked to the themes.
